Jakub obtained his PhD degree at University of Victoria, Canada, in
the field of surface electrochemistry and electocatalysis. He is author of more then hundred scientific publications in prestigious journals. His core interest is to lie foundations, develop materials and commercialize technologies for sustainable energy transition.

Pavel is financial expert and manager, earned his stripes in various positions within the corporate and project banking of a leading german/austrian banking group, where he specialized in the operation and subsequently also the methodology of financing of renewable resources projects.

After almost 12 years on board, he leaves the banking industry and with the vision of participating in the expansion of renewable resources, move to the position of group CFO for the next 10 years in the largest domestic company connected within international holding group for the development, construction, service and operation of renewable resources.
